My smartphone does not detect the sensor.

I am using an Android device

If your phone does not detect the sensor, check that:

  • The sensor is correctly positioned.
  • Bluetooth and localization are enabled on the smartphone.
  • The smartphone has not connected to the sensor independently of the inCORPUS application.
  • The sensor’s battery is not discharged.

Then:

  • Launch the inCORPUS application
  • Go to the “Sensor” tab of the “Settings” menu of the application
  • Select your sensor.

 

I am using an iOS device (iPhone)
